We are committed to offering leadership development opportunities and programs through every step of a Team Member’s career journey and at every level, both in our hotels and across corporate\. \*\*Available benefits may vary depending upon terms and conditions of employment and are subject to the terms and conditions of the plans\. **HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT** Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique\. **What your day\-to\-day will be like:** + Conduct property inspections of existing hotels for potential Hilton rebranding or conversion and prepare detailed Property Improvement Plan \(PIP\) report, outlining current condition and required upgrades to meet Hilton brand standards\. + Manage construction process from inception to completion for New Build Focused\-Service, Adaptive Re\-Use, and Conversion projects, ensuring execution and milestone tracking\. + Guide owners and development partners through Hilton brand standards and connect them with Hilton's CALA network to support project delivery\. + Perform regular site inspections to verify progress and ensure compliance with Hilton standards\. **How you will collaborate with others:** + Partner with Owners, AD&C Leaders, and other Hilton team members to agree on design narratives, brand standards, and strategic objectives, driving return on investment and guest experience\. + Represent design priorities in necessary internal and external meetings and provide project specific design solutions\. + Collaborate with project teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure compliance to Brand Standards, drawings and specifications review, value engineering of materials, finishes, and selections\. **What projects you will take ownership of:** + Work across multiple brands, ensuring agreement on Brand standards, market requirements, and strategic objectives, while delivering targeted valuable solutions\. + Provide regular written and verbal progress reports, detailing contractual and physical progress **WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT** **You have these minimum qualifications:** + Four \(4\) years of Hospitality Architecture, Design, Engineering, or Construction experience\. + Experience working in multicultural or international settings\. + Understanding of local building codes, European and International \(NFPA\) Fire Life Safety codes\. + Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, construction project programming and AutoCAD software\. + Proficiency in project management software, like MS Project + Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish\. + Travel 50% or more\. **It would be useful if you have:** + Proven experience with successful project delivery\. + Experience working for an international hotel group\. + Fluent in spoken and written Portuguese + Managerial or Supervisory experience\. **WHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTON** Hilton, the \#1 World's Best Workplace, is a leading global hospitality company with a diverse portfolio of world\-class brands \(https://jobs\.hilton\.com/us/en/brands\) \.
