As a PIP and Project Manager on the CALA AD&C team reporting to the Senior Project Manager in Colombia, you will work on projects across Hilton's brand portfolio, including writing high quality Property Improvement Plans (PIPs) and managing the construction process for hotel projects.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

\n

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

\n

What your day-to-day will be like:

\n\nConduct property inspections of existing hotels for potential Hilton rebranding or conversion and prepare detailed Property Improvement Plan (PIP) report, outlining current condition and required upgrades to meet Hilton brand standards.\nManage construction process from inception to completion for New Build Focused-Service, Adaptive Re-Use, and Conversion projects, ensuring execution and milestone tracking.\nGuide owners and development partners through Hilton brand standards and connect them with Hilton's CALA network to support project delivery.\nPerform regular site inspections to verify progress and ensure compliance with Hilton standards.\n\n

How you will collaborate with others:

\n\nPartner with Owners, AD&C Leaders, and other Hilton team members to agree on design narratives, brand standards, and strategic objectives, driving return on investment and guest experience.\nRepresent design priorities in necessary internal and external meetings and provide project specific design solutions.\nCollaborate with project teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure compliance to Brand Standards, drawings and specifications review, value engineering of materials, finishes, and selections.\n\n

What projects you will take ownership of:

\n\nWork across multiple brands, ensuring agreement on Brand standards, market requirements, and strategic objectives, while delivering targeted valuable solutions.\nProvide regular written and verbal progress reports, detailing contractual and physical progress\n\n

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

\n

You have these minimum qualifications:

\n\nFour (4) years of Hospitality Architecture, Design, Engineering, or Construction experience.\nExperience working in multicultural or international settings.\nUnderstanding of local building codes, European and International (NFPA) Fire Life Safety codes.\nProficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, construction project programming and AutoCAD software.\nProficiency in project management software, like MS Project\nFluency in spoken and written English and Spanish.\nTravel 50% or more.\n\n

It would be useful if you have:

\n\nProven experience with successful project delivery.\nExperience working for an international hotel group.\nFluent in spoken and written Portuguese\nManagerial or Supervisory experience.\n\n\n\n
