The People Excellence Partner role works with the People Business Partners, People Excellence, and HRS to support the employees of the country. Focused on delivering foundational HR excellence.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Strategy & policy: Implement changes locally according to People Business Partner & CoE guidelines • Work with PBP to support people manager in P&C annual cycle, including merit, IDP, performance impact, Your Voice. Guide employees & managers through the process. Perform year-end calibration according to CoE guidance with the People Business Partner when appropriate
• Work with PBP in talent related topic including JDI, succession planning, related development program nomination per guideline and based on people insights
• Organization Management – Support large organization changes with People Business Partners (RIFs & expansions). Offer org. system support for line management. Conduct Workday org audits and clean up efforts
• Proactively encourage all line managers and employees to utilize ESS/MSS and MyPortal
• Promote continuous improvement through feedback loops and process improvement ideas and implementation with People Excellence COE Partner & HRS
• Support People-related local projects
• Manager and support transactional P&C related tasks including req process for L4 and below, new hires on boarding, internal mobility, global mobility, termination and etc.
• May serve as a point of contact for Workday HR transactions, notifications and approvals • Serve as the Tier 2 escalation in SNOW when applicable

About You
1. Language English / Chinese: fluent in both oral and written
2.Education Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree
3.Experience & knowledge:
Solid in HR knowledge including C&B, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee engagement, 1 support and etc, with good facilitation skills 4. Core competencies:
Solution provider with can-do attitude (but with courage to say no to needs which can be do through one support)
Open minded, challenges way of working to embrace agile, One Sanofi approach
