A strategically important part of our charter is to drive adoption across a portfolio of self-service, cost per click advertising products to enable head to tail advertisers to engage with customers in relevant ways. As part of our growing US SMB Marketing team, we are looking for a Partnership Marketing Manager who is passionate about helping small businesses succeed on Amazon. In this role, you will own the strategy, execution, and measurement of co-marketing initiatives between Stores and Ads organizations in the US. You will be responsible for contributing towards business goals, driving integrated messaging in scaled channels, building sales education and enablement, and measuring the impact of your initiatives. To be successful you’ll need to be a strong communicator and collaborator who can earn trust with key leaders and stakeholders across multiple teams. You are results-oriented and have a relentless focus on using customer data and insights to deliver bar-raising experiences.
Key job responsibilities
- Strategy development: formulate marketing strategies aligned with business opportunities; align your vision with managers and partners
- Marketing execution: Develop marketing content, lead sales enablement and trainings, build SOPs, and partner with relevant stakeholders to implement the roadmap
- Reporting: measure the impact of your initiatives, gather feedback, and leverage insights to improve go-forward messaging and communications

The global SMB (Small and Medium Businesses) marketing team serves sales unmanaged advertisers globally. Our mission is twofold: 1) Grow Amazon Ads awareness & consideration amongst SMBs globally 2) Drive Sponsored Ads demand for the self service (SSO) channel.
