Partner Customer Success Development Manager, AWS Specialist and Partner Organization
Would you like to be part of a team that is redefining customer success with our customers and partners? Amazon Web Services is looking for an accomplished Principal Partner Business Development Manger in the AWS Specialist and Partner org to conceptualize, create content for and execute partner-facing initiatives focused on driving business value realization, working with key members of the rapidly growing Customer Success COE.

As the Partner Customer Success Development Manager, you will lead on content creation, including playbooks, to help partners build and scale their customer success practices focused on business value realization. This will be done in concert with the Customer Success COE and with partners who have established customer success practices. You will create and run a Partner Customer Success Advisory Council to maintain a 360 degree relationship with influential partners, creating a path for those partners to channel feedback into the Customer Success COE and more broadly into AWS Services and Sales. You will work with the customer success team to determine how to scale the partner motions across AWS sales. You will be responsible for publishing partner wins with end customers by cultivating references and partnering with marketing to create case studies.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about solving complex problems, can work effectively with senior cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced setting that is constantly evolving.

Key job responsibilities
- Work with subject matter experts, development partners, and other stakeholders to develop both internal and partner facing content that meets audience and program requirements in creative and engaging ways
- Analyze and evaluate training programs to determine gaps in content, initiatives, and timelines and provide solutions
- Develop and mature mechanisms to deeply understand customer and partner needs, gaps, and opportunities, including advisory council and a mechanism to secure customer references
- Develop data-driven narrative proposals for new initiatives, or evolving/retiring existing programs.
- Work closely and communicate effectively with partners, AWS sales and partner teams, and AWS HQ teams around the world using different mediums
- Land, coordinate and execute programs through cross-functional engagement.
- Create scalable programs that enable AWS teams and partners to drive customer value realization
- Build mechanisms to capture feedback and act on partner insights that inform strategy evolution
- Prepare for and participate in business reviews to the senior executive management team.
