As a Civil Paralegal, You Will:

Be the Cornerstone of Case Organization: Expertly manage and maintain comprehensive case files, encompassing pleadings, discovery materials, correspondence, and exhibits (both physical and digital). Craft Key Legal Documents: Draft, meticulously review, and finalize essential legal documents, including motions, subpoenas, settlement agreements, and other court filings. Drive the Discovery Process: Provide crucial support throughout all stages of discovery, from preparing insightful interrogatories and requests for production to expertly organizing and summarizing responses. Fuel Case Strategy with Research: Conduct in-depth legal research using online databases and other resources to provide critical support for case development and legal strategy. Empower Trial Readiness: Play a key role in preparing for hearings, mediations, and trials by meticulously organizing exhibits, compiling witness files, and assisting with trial notebooks. Collaborate with a Dedicated Team: Work closely with a team of dedicated attorneys, becoming an integral part of their success in serving clients.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field (preferred). Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program (a plus!). Proven experience as a Civil Paralegal, with a strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and court rules. . Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous approach to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration with the team and external parties. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support case development. A proactive and self-motivated approach to case management.
