Danfoss is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to establish and maintain good relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking complete responsibility for each customer account as assigned. You will ensure that all customers’ requirements and needs are completely met while upholding the company vision and mission. Extreme tact, sensitivity and professionalism are necessary as you will have daily contact with customers and will be direct influence on their satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
• Inbound calls from customers with various questions and inquires about Danfoss’s products and services.
• Partnering with customers in conversation over the phone or email to determine what products they need and when.
• Collaborating with other sales, transportation, fulfillment, and warehouse teams to ensure that we are delivering on our customer’s expectations.
• Conducting analysis of a customer’s forecast, trends in orders, and contract details to ensure we are staying ahead of their needs.
• Supporting fellow Customer Service team members, as needed, to ensure the team can achieve annual goals. • Proactively coordinate and communicate with CSR’s and Planners to address orders, which do or do not fit in the current production plans. Responsible to see orders are fulfilled as customer expects.
• Identifies when other team members, or others outside the team, are needed for assistance to satisfy all customer needs.
• Communicates to CSR and production the order priorities and quantities.
• For deviations, complete inventory transactions so that the right parts are in the order and inventory.
• Review and understands impact of Engineering Changes (EC) on inventory and customer orders.
• Coordinate short lead-time customer orders with operations teams. "Negotiate" win-win situations for delivery of product to customer needs that fits the operating capacity to deliver.
• Expedite support departments and functions to insure on-time delivery of product and information to the customer.
• Coordinate order-processing activity with other functional areas to ensure timely processing of all transactions related to a customer order.
• Assists Production Planner in discovery, analysis, and correction of inventory error root causes.
Background & Skills
• 3+ years’ work experience within a manufacturing company preferred Classified as Business
• 2+ years’ Call Center or Contact Center experience.
• Great attention to detail, ability to multitask, with strong interpersonal, organizational, problem solving and time management skills.
• Sensitive to customers’ needs and able to create good dialog with customers.
