Provide incident resolution and application maintenance  Perform fixing investigations in front- and backend applications  Communicate effectively to clients and internal collaborators  Document notes, activities, resolutions, and other knowledge articles throughout the lifecycle of an investigation  Prioritise work based on severity and urgency
