**Responsibilities:**
· Collaborate closely with clients, prospects, and Product Management in defining the present and future direction of the ONESOURCE Global Trade integration for Oracle, maintaining its competitive differentiation.
· Conduct in-depth analyses of ONESOURCE business integration with Oracle modules, primarily GTM, to identify opportunities for strengthening and expanding the integration design.
· Prepare detailed Oracle integration requirement specifications and functional documentation, encompassing use cases, define interface mapping rules, PowerPoint presentations, and other documents to elucidate requirements for Development, Support, partners, and clients.
· Demonstrate a proficient capacity to research and comprehend Oracle Fusion APIs.
· Execute functional validation of features, quality assurance in the creation and automation of test scripts, and assist in end-user documentation.
· Perform configurations and define options within Oracle applications for the relevant modules.
· Assist in providing second-tier support and training to Support and Professional Services teams.
**Key Requirements:**
· Maintain a robust working relationship with internal stakeholders, including Product Development, Professional Services, Customer Advocacy, as well as with Oracle via the Oracle Partner Program.
· Elicit, define, and document Oracle business requirements with precision.
· Engage in close collaboration with application developers, fellow BSAs, and QA testers throughout the entire product lifecycle.
· Participate actively in client calls, visits, and meetings to gather requirements and resolve issues effectively.
· Support product launches and implementations as a domain authority and/or the primary business interface for partner domain experts. Monitor product adoption in the field to ensure optimal client success.
· Provide support for current products, including rigorous second-level support analysis, patch assessment, and thorough workaround investigation.
· Furnish expert business and data integration acumen to clients, partners, and internal professional services personnel as required.
· Possess demonstrable functional experience in key Oracle modules (Supply Chain Management and GTM), encompassing requirements gathering, design, configuration, unit testing, and integration testing.
· Exhibit experience with full lifecycle Oracle implementations.
· Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) is mandatory.
· Demonstrate strong analytical, design, and documentation proficiencies.
· Possess hands-on experience in Oracle design and configuration.
· Exhibit exposure to comprehensive financial processes and systems experience across quote-to-cash and procure-to-pay business functions (invoicing, order management, accounts receivable, purchasing, accounts payable, general ledger).
· Demonstrate experience with standard financial processes and the aptitude to apply process understanding across multiple enterprise financial systems packages.
· Prior experience working within a software company is highly desirable.
· Advanced English proficiency is essential for daily professional interaction.
· Desirable experience in Oracle modules AP, AR, G/L, Order Management, and Purchasing.
· Previous experience with Oracle R12 EBS is a plus.
· Familiarity with ONESOURCE Global Trade will be considered advantageous.
