We are looking for a talented Oracle BRM Developer with expertise in the Telecom industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) in Telecom environments. You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and supporting Oracle BRM solutions, working closely with stakeholders to ensure efficient billing and revenue management for telecom operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oracle BRM Telecom Implementation: Design, develop, and configure Oracle BRM solutions for the Telecom sector, including support for prepaid/postpaid billing, rating, and mediation.
• Customizations & Enhancements: Customize Oracle BRM to meet Telecom-specific requirements, including integration with third-party systems like CRM, mediation, provisioning, and order management systems.
• Billing Systems Management: Handle telecom-specific billing scenarios, including complex rating and charging models for voice, data, SMS, and value-added services (VAS). Ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition across all services.
• Mediation & Integration: Integrate Oracle BRM with external systems for mediation, data collection, and processing, ensuring smooth data flow between mediation servers, charging platforms, and billing systems.
• Database Management: Manage and optimize BRM databases for telecom data sets, perform database queries, and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Provide tier-3 support for production issues and help in troubleshooting complex telecom billing issues related to Oracle BRM.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, solution architects, and system integrators to define and deliver end-to-end telecom billing solutions.
• Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, reports, and user guides related to BRM implementations in Telecom.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure that the Telecom billing systems comply with relevant industry regulations, data security standards, and privacy policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: 4-5 years of experience in Oracle BRM development, implementation, and support within the Telecom industry.
• Telecom Billing Knowledge: Hands-on experience with prepaid and postpaid billing, rating, pricing, and charging models in Telecom.
• Technical Skills:
o Strong expertise in Oracle BRM modules such as Pricing, Rating, Pipeline, and Mediation.
o Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, and scripting (e.g., Shell, Perl).
o Experience working with Telecom-specific BRM integrations, including Mediation, Real-Time Charging, and Data Mediation.
o Familiarity with Telecom protocols like RADIUS, Diameter, SOAP, and REST APIs for integration with external systems.
o Experience working with Telecom databases (e.g., Oracle DB, MySQL) and tools like SQL Developer.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex billing and revenue issues in Telecom environments.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
