Operations & Service Delivery Manager

As a manager within the EMEA Broking Team you will be responsible for the daily running and management of a team of 20 colleagues that provide service for the EMEA market. Team is responsible for supporting local Broking Teams with administrative tasks such as RFP creation and Plan Management related activities.
You'll be responsible for meeting the SLA targets agreed with Collaborators, as well as driving improvement initiatives within the Team.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Organize and monitor current operations within the Team. Ensure that SLAs agreed with Stakeholder are always met and service is provided with high quality results
+ Use active & visual management to make sure that business requirements, SLAs and quality measures are understood by the team and are the focus of their daily work
+ Assign activities to team members, set priority tasks and internal goals for the team
+ Ensure that all colleagues have a clear understanding of their tasks, responsibilities, client requirements and priorities
+ Measure the level of Stakeholder satisfaction, initiate corrective action if necessary
+ Present team results and capabilities during business meetings and client visits
+ Plan and coordinate transition of new scope to existing Teams, proactively provide updates to Stakeholder and Leadership, highlight risks and propose relevant solutions
+ Drive improvement initiatives within the Team/ Broking department. Encourage colleagues to deliver efficiency saving solutions, facilitate technical support if needed. Proactively cooperate with other Teams/ departments on improvement initiatives
+ Create good working relationship with EMEA Stakeholders and proactively find opportunities for transitioning additional scope to EMEA Broking Team
+ Handle the most complex Stakeholder/ Client complaints or critical issues
+ Review team member’s performance on a regular basis, identify training needs, take corrective actions if needed
+ Conduct Performance Reviews for team members, provide constructive feedback on a regular basis
+ Identify team member’s development needs, motivate and guide colleagues with regards to their career pathing
+ Coordinate recruitment for the team, pro-actively agree with the HR and TA teams
+ Coordinate bonus, reward and incentive schemes
Requirements:
+ At least 1 year of experience in managing group of 10-15 people
+ English level: C1/ C2
+ Ability to manage culturally diverse team
+ Strong problem solving and decision making skills
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
+ Knowledge of local policies concerning HR, security, IS, health & safety, business continuity
+ Understanding of basic business and financial principles
+ Ability to make decisions and improvements based on metrics
+ Innovative approach, ability to drive improvement related projects/ initiatives
+ Good knowledge of change management techniques
+ Basic knowledge of project management principles
+ Strong ability to delegate tasks and implement results
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills
+ Significant experience in a client facing environment including experience of managing relationships
+ Experience of engaging and motivating colleagues to create a satisfying work environment
+ High level of self- motivation and proactivity
+ Ability to effectively plan, prioritize and complete tasks in high pressure environment. Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines using analytical and problem-solving capabilities
+ Very good command of MS Office tools
+ Experience working with EMEA Stakeholders would be an asset
