Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinating with the Data Center/Critical Systems Managers to identify opportunities to enhance the service offering of our team. Coordinate with the Data Center and Critical Systems Managers, IT Change Management, and other Technology Products team members, to ensure that project and work requests are addressed quickly, resourced appropriately, and completed in a timely manner. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of weekly project/service requests, and resource utilization (e.g., the completion rate of associated Service Desk requests).Assist in the processing of all change management requests. Review for completeness, accuracy, and appropriateness and make recommendations for approval or alternative selections. Attend daily Asurion Change and Release Management calls, representing critical systems, and data center services for approved activities. Manage critical facilities infrastructures such as generators, uninterruptable power supplies, automatic transfer switches, pre-action fire systems, dry coolers, and computer room air handlers. This will include ensuring proper maintenance is performed by vendors and records are kept. Monitoring of critical facilities infrastructure via alerts from Asurion’s monitoring system. Provide input into vendor services, update and enhance existing services based on outcomes
of projects, i.e., improvements. Provide additions of new services based on customer requests.Provide awareness presentations and communication to inform requestors of services of all
process flows, forms, service level agreements, and timelines. Attend project review meetings to gain an understanding of project requirements, scope and timeline. Identify and coordinate the appropriate Asurion resources to attend future project
design meetings and conduct project build/deployment activities Ensure all project intake forms; checklists, templates, etc. are completed for each project request. Complete the audit process of work performed by DCS team members; ensure all work is completed as defined, cabling dressed appropriately, assets
labeled, and associated details Coordinate with the DCS managers for all escalations related to project and service requests. Function as a point of escalation for Philippines. updated in the IT Asset Management (ITAM) system. Provide supervision for all new projects and services requested for the Data Center Services •Team and Critical Systems Team.
