The Omnichannel Strategy Specialist is responsible for ensuring consistent and seamless customer experience across all channels. This role focuses on deploying integrated strategies that align with business goals, enhancing customer engagement through various sales and marketing channels, including digital and face-to-face experiences such as promotional events. By leveraging data analysis and cross-functional collaboration. The role will optimize the customer journey and drive operational efficiency, ultimately contributing to the Business Unit's success. In addition, will lead and support transversal marketing projects and launches, enhance marketing operations tools, processes while fostering a culture of continues improvement, efficiency and alignment with high standards of compliance.Responsibilities:
Contributes to the development and implementation of regional omnichannel strategies that ensure consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.Integrates various sales and marketing channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and face-to-face experiences, including but not limited to promotional events.Drives Marketing Operations Projects related to omnichannel and launch initiatives, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources.Leads the enhancement and deployment of regional promotional content for all channels. Works directly with digital agencies to design digital materials and adapt regional materials, overseeing the follow-up and coordination with agencies to ensure the launch and execution of HealthCare Providers activation campaigns.Provides key operational support for promotional events, ensuring they are conducted in accordance with internal policies and that payments are processed.Completes data analysis from various channels to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in customer journey.Works with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of omnichannel initiatives.Identifies and implement process improvements to enhance marketing operational efficiency and customer experience.Effectively communicates omnichannel plans and strategies to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Manages and leverages relevant tools and technologies to support omnichannel initiatives, such as Customer Relationship Management systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.Tracks and analyzes key performance indicators related to omnichannel performance, identifying areas for optimization. Maintain control of the business unit's spending to ensure budget compliance.Provides training and support to team members and stakeholders on omnichannel processes and tools.Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Business Analytics , Digital & Data, Pharmacy, or any related field.Two (2) years of experience in omnichannel strategy, digital, marketing, business analytics, project management, e-commerce, promotional content management or related roles.Proficient in Spanish & English, both written and spoken.Willing to travel up to 10% of the time.Knowledge of web analysis and UTM parameters to optimize digital marketing strategies.Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its various modules, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, and Social Studio.Capable of designing and executing automated marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and drip campaigns using Journey Builder.Ability to create and refine audience segments based on demographics, behavior, and other criteria to target the right audience with relevant content.Skills required:
Effective interpersonal and strategic communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and deliver results on time.Budget management skills to effectively manage advertising budgets and maximize return on investment.Ability to select appropriate online and offline channels based on target audience and campaign objectives.Proficient in guiding agencies to optimize creative ads, including text, images, and videos, to attract and convert the target audience based on campaign performance data analysis.Capable of implementing new advertising strategies and tactics, evaluating their effectiveness through experimentation, and conducting A/B testing on creative ads, landing pages, and other campaign elements to improve performance.Current Employees apply HERE
