As Quality Manufacturing and Engineering (QME) Office Administrator you will report to the Manager, Chemistry and Materials Engineering. You will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations within Rockwell's manufacturing and engineering labs. You will manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and compliance, facilitating efficient communication between engineers, scientists, and leadership teams. With strong organizational skills and attention to detail, you will help to optimize productivity and ensure that teams function smoothly.
Your Responsibilities:Performs various administrative duties as needed for various departmentsSupports multiple locations/teams; works closely with Engineers and ScientistsReviews, screens and directs mail, telephone calls and visitorsUtilizes SAP, SharePoint and other software systems to create and maintain databases and develop necessary reportsAnticipates and prepares materials needed by management for meetings/conferencesMaintains records of department and project budgets.
