Reporting to the Front Office Manager and under the supervision of the Night Manager, the Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing the hotel’s end-of-day processes, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and maintaining operational efficiency during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:
\n\n
• Verify and reconcile daily transactions, ensuring all postings are accurate.
\n• Balance accounts and complete the end-of-day closure process.
\n• Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, and audit reports to relevant hotel departments.
\n• Assist guests with inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring a high level of customer service.
\n• Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
\n• Coordinate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth night operations.
\n• Perform additional relevant tasks as assigned to support the Front Office and Night Team.
