Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities, building trusted relationships with prospective clients in the financial and loan servicing industries, specifically focused on the Credit Union and Fintech companies.
Lead the development and delivery of tailored sales presentations and proposals aligned to client goals and needs.
Collaborate across internal departments—IT, Legal, Operations, Finance—to develop customized, compliant loan servicing solutions.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitive intelligence to guide sales positioning and inform product evolution.
Guide prospective clients through the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing complex, consultative financial service deals.
Maintain a strong pipeline and deliver regular progress reports and forecasts to executive leadership.
Professional Experience:
Minimum 5 years of senior-level sales experience, with at least 3+ years in the loan servicing or financial services industry.
Proven success closing high-value B2B deals in financial services, including loan servicing programs.
Strategic, consultative sales experience in a high-volume, operationally complex environment.
Track record of exceeding goals in fast-paced, client-facing roles.
Strong understanding of sales research, data analysis, CRM and loan servicing platforms (Salesforce, LoanPro,etc.).
Exceptional communicator with ability to translate complex financial service offerings into client-friendly value propositions.
High emotional intelligence, with the ability to foster client trust and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience working remotely, with the ability to self-direct and manage priorities.
Education and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and/or internationally.
Solid understanding of the regulatory environment and operational dynamics of loan servicing preferred.
