Ecolab's Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) division is seeking a Corporate Accounts Manager for Western Canada to join its industry leading sales team. You will be responsible for developing and expanding new and existing national accounts in a selected industry. Through outstanding presentation skills and style, you’ll help our customers be more profitable by saving water, energy and waste.

Develop and expand existing and new accounts in a designated industry segment within quick service restaurantsDesign and implement strategic business plans for all accountsPresent value-add products and programs, highlighting impact to the customer’s businessEnsure customer service delivery emphasizing the delivery of Quick Service Restaurants value propositionBuild and secure major new business accounts at the corporate levelPartner and lead service and sales teams to ensure that revenue and profit targets are met and delivery of Service Standards are consistentTerritory/Location Information:
Territory Coverage: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan. Applicants must be based in BC. Overnight travel will be based on business requirements – up to 25% travel time requiredMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required. This will be verified! If a degree is not completed, a commitment to complete a degree within a predetermined period will be required for anyone taking on this position.Minimum 5 years of demonstrated successful performance in business-to-business commercial sales or equivalent Ecolab experience or industry experienceStrong English-speaking communication skillsExperience within the restaurant and food service industry preferredDemonstrated history of managing and delivering on project timelinesValid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle RecordAbility to travel to the US immediately upon hire for training and meetingsCompensation Package:

Proven record of high individual sales performance, including experience selling programs and/or service in Ecolab’s core market segments (restaurant, hospitality, food retail, medical, food and beverage processing) and corporate or multi-unit sales experienceBilingualism (FR/EN) would be an asset.Strong relationship management capability with outstanding consulting skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsP&L knowledgeProven negotiation & presentation skillsSelf-motivation and drive for resultsExcellent organization, time management, and follow-up skillsRestaurant industry and product knowledge, good business and financial acumenDemonstrates aptitude for problem solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach)Ecolab is dedicated to Employment Equity!
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:
Base salary range is $80,000- $90,000. This position has a base salary and is eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus plan as a % of eligible pay, per plan terms.Annual or Hourly Compensation Range is based on full-time 40 hours per week. Ecolab in good faith anticipates it will pay within the posted range. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining the compensation for a potential new employee such as education, training, experience, work location, travel (if required), etc.
