As an OSS Expert ensures comprehensive OSS administration, fault incident and problem management of multi-vendor OSS tools, adhering to SLA (Service Level Agreement) and OLA (Operational Level Agreement) requirements. They handle higher-level escalations during incidents, providing resolution, detailed analysis, and expertise for complex faults that demand extensive procedural and technical knowledge.

You have:

Graduates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Applications (BCA or MCA) with 7+ years of experience. Multi-Vendor OSS NMS/EMS systems (Nokia Netact, NFM-P&T, Alcatel 5620, 5620 SAM MD, CISCO IOT Service Manager, Ciena NCS/Site Manager, Fortinet. FW Manager, Huawei-U2000, Samsung-USM/CMS and Ericsson-ENM) administration (MUST have product experience). Should have worked in any 2-3 tools.Expert support for OSS administration in multi-vendor OSS tools NMS and EMS. Proven experience in OSS tools fault management, network troubleshooting, and incident response. Manager, Ciena NCS/Site Manager, Fortinet FW Manager, Huawei-U2000, Samsung-USM/CMS and Ericsson-ENM) administration in a large-scale environment.Hands-on experience in troubleshooting of complex large-scale Multi-Vendor OSS tools  with a minimum of 5 years in handling of Openshift / Linux base infra and application.
