Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a General Laborer Packaging Operator to join their team, you will be part of the Springfield Filling department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to follow defined procedures, which will align successfully in the organization.  Safety & Team Player is Key

Job Title: Packaging  Nights
10-12 hours days + OT  Possibly working 7 days per week

Location: Springfield, MO

Pay Range: $18.25 per hour

What's the Job?

Perform a variety of general manual labor tasks including heavy lifting and moving of materials.. Assist in operations at heights and manage heavy lifting of 50 pounds or more. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

What's Needed?

Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions. Basic proficiency in English (speak, read, write). High School diploma or GED Required with Proof   a willingness to learn is essential and be a part of a Team
