**What will you do as a** **Manager Process Engineering?**
Together with your multidisciplinary engineering team, you will lead and drive the engineering strategy within our dynamic pharmaceutical production environment. You combine your technical expertise with interpersonal coaching and strategic leadership, ensuring strong stakeholder management and influencing leadership skills to collaborate across Manufacturing, Quality, MSAT, Facilities, EHS, and the broader global engineering function.
Your guidance will ensure the successful implementation of process engineering projects, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence while collaborating effectively with diverse teams to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
Your key responsibilities:
+ **Strategic Leadership:** Collaborate as a key member of the Engineering Management Team, contributing to the overall engineering vision and strategy within the pharmaceutical production environment.
+ **Multidisciplinary Team Leadership:** Lead a diverse team of engineers (Process, HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical) to drive technical standardization and efficiency improvements, ensuring flawless execution of engineering projects.
+ **Engineering Excellence:** Foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation, encouraging cross-functional learning and sharing best practices to elevate project outcomes and drive operational efficiency.
+ **Compliance and Quality Assurance:** Ensure all engineering processes adhere to industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements, maintaining product reliability and simplicity in maintenance.
+ **Sustainability and Continuous Improvement:** Integrate sustainable practices into engineering projects, actively minimizing environmental impact while promoting a culture of continuous improvement through feedback and team collaboration.
+ **Mentorship and Team Development** : Develop and mentor engineers within the team, providing opportunities for professional growth and skills enhancement while actively participating in initiatives that promote inclusion and build a high-performing engineering team. Foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and innovation, enabling cross-functional learning and sharing of best practices to enhance team capabilities and performance.
+ **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Utilize strong stakeholder management and influencing leadership skills to enhance collaboration across Manufacturing, Quality, MSAT, Facilities, EHS, and the broader global engineering function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

**The team**
Our engineering department focuses on key areas including Process Engineering, Project Delivery, Site Portfolio, and Commissioning & Qualification management.
As a Process Engineering Manager, you will report directly to the Sr. Engineering Manager and play a crucial role in shaping our engineering strategy as an integral part of the Management Team (MT).
The engineering department has a dynamic mix of colleagues from different countries. Together with our engineering service partners and contractors, we constantly seek new perspectives and innovative smart solutions. We work on both facility-related and production installations and your development. With us, you have the freedom to organize your work independently and we encourage initiative, with a strong focus on achieving personal and business goals.

Your profile:
+ University level of thinking and working, with a technical engineering educational background complemented by a minimum of 8 years of experience in process engineering and leadership responsibilities within the pharmaceutical or industrial sector.
+ Technical and leadership skills: Strong technical knowledge of system requirements and design principles, combined with experience in inspiring and coaching teams to reach their full potential.
+ Communication and problem-solving: Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and an analytical mindset to find innovative solutions to complex issues.
