As **Medical Scientific Liaison** , You’ll engage with healthcare professionals, institutions and payers, in a non-promotional manner, to identify and address their needs. MSLs use their scientific expertise to communicate and form partnerships to deliver the medical strategy, capture actionable insights and ultimately improve patient pathways and outcomes. We chase the miracles of science every single day, pursuing progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world. **Main responsibilities:** + Supports the development and maintenance of trusting relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, creating constructive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. + Provides field medical expertise and engage with key stakeholders with fair and balanced scientific information for the therapeutic area. + Supports local evidence generation activities when needed. + Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining full compliance with company, industry, legal and regulatory requirements. + Generates insights from external stakeholder interaction **_About you_** + **Experience** : Relevant medical background working as a Medical Scientific Liaison role or similar position within the pharmaceutical industry. + **Soft skills** : + Strong communication and presentation skills to simplify complex topics + Good negotiation and networking skills + Strong business acumen + **Technical skills** : + Understanding of health economics and its impact on patient access and decision-making in the institutional healthcare sector. + Strong understanding of institutional sector dynamics, including decision-making processes, stakeholder influence, and access pathways. + An in-depth knowledge of the disease state, therapeutic area, the relevant products in the portfolio and in the pipeline- deep knowledge on health system and economics. + Familiarity with omnichannel tools and being able to communicate via digital channels from non-office based environment. + A good understanding of, or prior experience in, clinical development and clinical research. The ability to critically evaluate clinical study protocols, reports and publications is highly preferred. + **Education** : Medical, pharmacy or post graduate level science degree + **Languages** : Fluent in Spanish and Intermediate English is desired. **Pursue Progress.
