As a Medical Representative at Sanofi Vaccines, you’ll be at the forefront of public health—connecting healthcare professionals with vital immunization solutions. Your role is to ensure our vaccine portfolio is accessible and trusted, by building meaningful partnerships and delivering high-impact scientific engagement. This position plays a key part in increasing vaccine awareness and uptake across your assigned territory.

Main responsibilities:Promote Sanofi's vaccines to healthcare professionals through both in-person visits and remote interactions
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with physicians, clinics, and healthcare centers
Achieve territory business objectives by increasing vaccination coverage and product adoption
Ensure consistent product accessibility and manage vaccine allocation effectively
Monitor market trends, identify unmet needs, and adjust territory plans to maximize outcomes
Stay informed about immunization guidelines, scientific updates, and disease prevention trends
Comply with all Sanofi policies, local regulations, and ethical standards in every interaction
About youEducational background in Medicine, Pharmacy, or related health sciences
Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales is an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Agile and digitally fluent, with a performance- and solution-oriented mindset
Fluent in Vietnamese; basic working knowledge of English
