_About the job_ **Main responsibilities:** + An external and internal facing role that provides medical and clinical expertise in priority therapeutic areas and builds Sanofi scientific leadership. + This role is in medical affair scope and responsible to lead medical strategy & plan preparation. In addition, Medical Manager Lead of medical affair will direct Brand Strategy and LCM and take the lead in the design and implementation of medical activities aligned with Brand Strategy. + The role focuses the development of professional relationships with key decision makers of health care system and key external expert, building deep scientific understanding of Sanofi compounds by engaging KOL in study, scientific exchange meetings and advisory board meetings by leading medical manager team. + Further internal accountabilities include the delivery of medical education and clinical support to medical professionals, training commercial teams and involvement in development of brand strategy. + As internal high expertise medical affairs, this role also responsible for internal medical affairs team build up by training, establishing, developing internal standards and processes of the team. _About you_ **Education** : _Master’s degree in clinical medicine or above_ **Experience** : + _8+ years clinical practice, preferably specialized in the relevant field experience in medical affairs, new product launch and data generation etc. in pharmaceutical industry is desirable._ + _Previous experience in related TA/BU as a medical manager is preferred_ + _Proven people leadership_ + _Ability to network and communicate across diverse functions and to work effectively in a matrix organization._ + _Networking and influencing skills seeking for the best performance and outcomes._ + _Ability to analyse risks and opportunities and create and execute strategies and tactics to address these_ + undefined **Languages** : Fluent in English **Pursue** **_progress_** **, discover** **_extraordinary_** Better is out there.
