**Job Title:** Medical Innovation Acceleration Lead North America Medical, Specialty Care **Location** : Cambridge, MA, Morristown, NJ **About the Job** The Medical Innovation Acceleration Lead oversees the implementation of a broad range of innovation, digital, and AI-based solutions throughout the North America Medical organization. Through collaboration with leaders and key stakeholders, this role will lead the transformation journey of North America Medical through the integration of key initiatives that digitally enable insights gathering and content development through omnichannel delivery. The Medical Innovation Acceleration Lead must have an innovative and solutions-oriented mindset, a proven track record of success in within the bio-pharma industry, and a strong background in medical/scientific communications and digital solutions. Our Medical function serves as a valued strategic partner with Digital, Clinical, Commercial, Regulatory, and Market Access on therapeutic solutions to support patients’ needs.
