What will you be doing?

Accurately input and update information in the HCP education event management system, including event dates, participant information, and compliance details, in collaboration with the Medical Education Specialist and Medical Education Manager.Maintain and update records related to HCP consulting agreements, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with the Medical Education team for necessary approvals.Track and organize invoices, expenses, and other financial data, ensuring accurate entry into the system and notifying the Medical Education Specialist and Manager when payments are processed. Process Support:Assist the Medical Education Specialist and Manager in the coordination of event logistics, ensuring all necessary details are entered into the system and communicated to relevant teams.Support the processing of exhibit, sponsorship, and grant requests by tracking requests in the system and ensuring they adhere to established guidelines in collaboration with the Medical Education team.Assist in the documentation and filing process, maintaining both digital and physical records of agreements, expense reports, and event-related documentation, under the guidance of the Medical Education Specialist and Manager.Ensure compliance with internal processes by following established workflows and supporting the Medical Education team with the preparation of required documentation for events and expenses.Assist with purchase order (PO) and invoicing processes, ensuring all data is accurately entered and filed, and coordinating with the Medical Education Manager for final approvals.Assist in preparing reports by extracting and organizing data from internal systems, providing this data to the Medical Education Specialist and Manager for further analysis.Help analyze trends in event registrations and expenses, contributing to process improvements as guided by the Medical Education team.Support the preparation of expense report metrics and ensure data consistency for reporting purposes in collaboration with the Medical Education Specialist and Manager.

What will you need to be successful?

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field is a plus but not required.1 years of experience in an administrative or data entry role, with exposure to event coordination or similar tasks being advantageous.Basic experience with data management or tracking systems is desirable but not essential.
