Our client in Lancaster is seeking a Material Handler to join their team! 

 Job Title: Material Handler

Location: Lancaster, PA

Pay: $18+/hour

Schedule: 1st shift M-Fri 8am-4:30pm

Job description and requirements:

A Material Handler using a forklift is responsible for moving, storing, and managing materials within a warehouse or production facility. This role involves operating forklifts to load and unload materials, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring the safe and efficient handling of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts to transport materials within the warehouse. Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas. Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments. Maintain inventory records and update stock levels. Ensure the safe handling and storage of hazardous and non-hazardous materials. Conduct regular maintenance checks on forklifts and other equipment. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
