Customer Experience Marketing Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for executing the delivery Customer experience strategy and content creation across all touchpoints to support growth, marketing and sales goals for a specific solution or project. You will be asked to identify market opportunities that are in line with our strategical objectives. We are looking for someone who is able to design long-term strategies, capable of seeing the bigger picture, who knows all the necessary steps to reach the final goals. Part of your role will be to check the effectiveness of existing processes and to try to improve the ones that need change for the better. You will also be asked to develop new Marketing process, plans and new business requirements for assigned projects. You will ensure that the project runs smoothly and that it is compliant with existing guidelines.The work model for the role is: #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Buildings division located in Sesto San Giovanni (MI). You will be mainly accountable for:• Carrying out quantitative and qualitative analysis (through research and scientific observation) of main stakeholders and business environment.• Designing processes to improve quality and operational efficiency, detecting the best process to support our strategy in terms of Marketing activities.• Providing support on various digital process strategies within the framework of product.• Collaborating with digital teams to identify innovative opportunities and create value for the company.• Defining and developing prototypes of new offerings and experiences to test and refine concepts and content in-market.• Monitoring and sharing the various steps of the processes.• Being the main reference for the specific project. Pulling the strings of all the activities that will be conducted by your colleagues.• Identifying customer touchpoints and methods of engagement.• Building the annual marketing plan, building, evolving and collecting channels and applications marketing materials.• Planning and coordinating multi-channel promotional campaigns.
Qualifications for the roleYou are highly skilled in see the process as an opportunity to improve our performances and reach our strategical goals. You have at least 5 years of experience in same field, you are able to reason with an user-centered approach: you will be ask to detect the target’s need and translate it into a strategy and customer journey. Working as a Marketing Specialist with strong interest for innovative business. Possess an enhanced knowledge of Web Analytics instruments. You are captivated by Strong sense of project management and multi discipline coordination. You are able to deliver perfect pitches and to make efficient keynotes. Degree in design, marketing, communication. You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
