Your Role
Our next team member is a key creator of materials that support Gensler’s business development efforts. With the support of marketing team leadership, this position will work under the direction of senior staff to write, design, and produce proposals, presentations, and other collateral used to help the firm tell great stories and win new projects. This role will gain a strong understanding of the Gensler portfolio, precedent materials, and project requirements to develop an informed approach to managing and creating brand aligned marketing content.

What You Will Do
The Marketing Coordinator has a strong content development and project management position on the marketing team, delivering accurate, consistent support on project pursuits, presentations, and reputation-building initiatives.
Your Qualifications
Background
Professional Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience; experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry preferred but not required.Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Architecture, Interior Design, Journalism, or Business.Skills
Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is essential.Design Skills: Strong graphic communication and design skills would be a plus.Project Management: Ability to manage multiple deadlines and diverse project teams in a fast-paced work environment.Approach
