Responsibilities:
Develop and execute internal communication strategies that keep our teams informed, aligned, and inspired.Plan and organize employee events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.Plan, organize, and deliver internal events from A to Z – including concept creation, logistics, communication, stakeholder coordination, and post-event evaluation.Create engaging content for internal channels (newsletters, intranet, emails, videos, etc.).Support leadership with key messages, talking points, and internal updates.Design and coordinate events, campaigns, and initiatives to boost employee engagement and recognition.Gather feedback and measure the impact of communication and engagement activities.Collaborate closely with HR, Marketing, and other departments to ensure consistency in messaging and tone.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, human resources, or related field.Proven experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or related roles. Experience in event planning and project management is a plus.Ability to manage resources and budgetsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A strategic mindset with the ability to align communication initiatives with organizational goals.Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative engagement and communication strategies.Fluent spoken and written English and Portuguese.Knowledge of Canva and power point Career Framework RoleRequires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills
