Job Description
Summary:
Reporting to our Manufacturing Engineering Team Lead, you will support Manufacturing Engineer in their daily activities developing methods, systems and instructions to assure the most efficient use of labor, materials, space and equipment for products manufacturing.
Main activities and responsibilities:
Manage actions in the plant manufacturing processes to show a positive trend in the indicator of the assigned lines or HPT.
Lead with the manufacturing engineer in charge the achievement of the annual scrap component target to ensure that scrap levels are kept under control and to ensure compliance with the area's goals.
Identify and report potential safety and ergonomic risks in the production lines assigned to support their improvement and ensure the safety of our process and our employees.

Collaborate in the collection and improvement of the Defects Per Unit (DPU) analysis of the areas/production lines under your responsibility ensuring that the information used is to obtain continuous improvement of the processes.
Support the FTPC system, production equipment, quality or safety troubleshooting activities by ensuring a safe work environment and contributing to the improvement of product manufacturing.
Collect data for analyzing production times to define the capacity of the lines and processes, and the appropriate balance to obtain the expected results or goals.
Requirements:
Certified Technician in electronics, mechanics, electromechanics, mechatronics; or Engineering student.
One years of related experience in similar role.
Intermediate to advanced English.
Manage PC, Windows Programs (Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Power-Point, Word).
