This critical leadership role sits at the intersection of **technology, operations, and MedTech innovation** . You will partner closely with V-Wave’s senior business leaders and J&J Technology to deliver IT solutions that enable agility, reliability, and competitive advantage across all business functions, including but not limited to Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Infrastructure. **You will be responsible for** **:** Business & Technology Strategy + Partner with V-Wave leadership to co-develop technology roadmaps aligned with business priorities and growth targets. + Translate strategic vision into actionable digital initiatives, enabling operational excellence, quality, and resilience. + Shape and prioritize an annual technology portfolio that addresses current needs and anticipates future capabilities. + Unite multiple digital products into cohesive end-to-end solutions. + Serve as a thought partner to business leaders—challenging the status quo, identifying opportunities, and driving innovation. Preferred: + **Automation & AI** : Knowledge of AI and how to implement it + **CRM (Salesforce)** **General Qualifications** Required: + 8+ years of experience in IT roles with 2+ years in a managerial role + Bachelor’s degree required in Information Technology or a relevant discipline + Proven track record managing IT projects and portfolios. + Demonstrated success leading cross-functional digital transformations and system implementations. + An outstanding communicator with the ability to translate complex concepts between technical and business audiences. + Experience in regulated environments (e.g., MedTech, Pharma, or Life Sciences). + Experience leading technical conversations, workshops and workstreams to consensus/conclusions/actions. + Proactive, independent. Preferred: + A Master's degree in Information Technology or a relevant discipline is preferred. + Proven work experience in a senior IT leadership role. + Experience working in a multi-functional or cross-geographic context. + Ability to context switch between multiple complex and fast-moving projects while maintaining high quality and rapid delivery. + Experience in the MedTech industry with FDA, ISO, and IEC requirements and guidelines including risk analysis and quality assurance (e.g. GxP, HIPAA, GDPR …). + Knowledge of healthcare processes, data and terminology. + Experience with design thinking, lean startup, or innovation frameworks is a plus. **\#LI-AB6**
