Mastercard Payment Gateway Services is a leading supplier of online payment and fraud screening services. We are an innovative and ambitious market leader intent on growing our global presence. We follow the best software development and Agile practices, to deliver successfully, again and again.

As part of our ongoing expansion, we're looking for a Manager Software Engineer who is passionate about technology and people and enjoys creating and delivering successful software platforms while growing people to perform at their best.

Role:
•\tPlan, design and develop technical solutions and alternatives to meet business requirements in adherence with MasterCard standards, engineering principles, processes, and best practices.
•\tProvide strong people leadership and technical guidance to team – lead with a technical vision prioritizing business value, tech stack includes Java, React, PCF, Spring boot and Oracle
•\tLead by example with hands-on approach that demonstrates engineering excellence.
•\tWork closely with product manager, technical leads and architects to align on objectives and architecture guidelines.
•\tAct as the scrum master to ensure successful delivery of software capabilities.
•\tTake ownership of complex problems and production incidents with dependencies across services and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive timely resolution.
•\tPerform code reviews to ensure best practices.
•\tEstablish effective partnerships and relationships across multiple organizations.
•\tEncourage knowledge sharing and collaboration within your Guild/Program to drive the reuse of patterns, libraries, and best practices, enhancing overall productivity.

All About you:
•\tAdvanced skills in designing, building, and implementing robust solutions that perform faultlessly at scale.
•\tExperience in using modern software development practices, including test driven development, automated testing, micro-services and continuous delivery.
•\tStrong analytical and communication skills and have proven experience in collaborating effectively with business stakeholders.
•\tExceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
•\tExperience working in an Agile environment.
•\tProficient programming skills with a deep understanding of Java, React, SQL and Spring Framework.
•\tExperience working with highly scalable, reliable, maintainable, performant and secure applications.
•\tBachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
