JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for ensuring adherence to security policies and procedures for all company locations in EMEA as well as ensuring the protection, safety and security of employees, company properties and information by planning, developing, implementing, and coordinating the Company’s safety and security programs, policies, systems and procedures and relevant local laws and by performing liaison work with government and other external agencies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure day-to-day security operations and needs of all company locations in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) are properly managed; enforce adherence to security policies and procedures. Serve as the company’s emergency control officer. Recommend security and protective services, update equipment and measures for company premises and for company-related activities to ensure maximum employee protection.  Manage the overall security program for EMEA business units. Ensure compliance with client security requirements; client audits and surveys; ensure contractual security requirements are met. Facilitate training on safety and security with internal and external staff/personnel. Participate in contingency planning and execution of programs, activities, and action plans for managing crisis and emergency situations. Monitor the state of the nation and keep management informed of potential safety and security concerns in EMEA. Conduct internal investigations and/or respond to security-related incidents including site security measures/systems, threat or occurrence of harm to property or employees, misconduct, or severe weather conditions affecting site functionality. Interpret security laws, regulations, and contract requirements and develop / maintain network with outside organizations such as the fire department, mutual aid societies, rescue teams, law enforcement and local government agencies. Management of Security Team contracts and vendors. Attend Client visits, as needed.  Responsible for security department’s overall performance and for motivating team to exceed department goals and objectives. Maintains communication and collaborative working relationships with Global Security Leaders. Maintain good relationships with law enforcement agencies, security agencies, and private sector security groups.  Respond to contingency events including labor unrest, bomb threats, sabotage, egregious misconduct, and/or severe weather conditions through onsite security force or with the assistance of government law enforcement agencies in consultation with the Global Security leadership, crisis management or business continuity planning team as it relates to security.  Prepare and track budget for EMEA region. Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.  Perform other duties as assigned by management. Participates, design and reviews security plans and lay outs for new site build outs. Plan, organize, and test security devices installations for EMEA new or old sites in coordination with other internal business partners. Facilitate security risk assessments as needed. Investigate misconduct, theft, and other Global Security matters; conduct internal interviews, review related records, and document case reports via the company’s internal case management system. Track and review Global Security Loss Prevention Team risk reports related to EMEA. Track and review Global Security Data Analysis related to EMEA. Maintain, review, and track all physical security equipment in EMEA, and construct monthly health check reports. Engage with internal and external business partners on related security matters. Prepare the required scope of work for security devices vendors in accordance with Alorica security specs. Prepare the required scope of work for security man-guard solution vendors in accordance with Alorica security specs. Manage security man-guard solution team core and ad-hoc services. Then follow up on the KPIs of service via periodic business review meetings with the vendors. Draft the technical security requirements for the vendor service agreement (contracts) and obtain necessary approvals from all relevant internal business partners. Provide the needed security trainings for man-guard solution team and other business partners on the line of security awareness.
