**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer with 10 to 12 years of experience in J2EE and AWS IoT to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a good understanding of Supply Chain Management. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that drive the companys success and positively impact society. **Responsibilities** + Lead the design development and implementation of software solutions using J2EE and AWS IoT technologies. + Oversee the entire software development lifecycle ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines. + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives. + Develop and maintain scalable secure and efficient code that meets industry standards and best practices. + Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability. + Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating them into the development process as appropriate. + Participate in the planning and execution of software testing and quality assurance activities. + Ensure proper documentation of software design development and deployment processes. + Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions that meet their requirements. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. + Support the deployment and maintenance of software applications in a hybrid work model. **Qualifications** + Possess a strong background in J2EE and AWS IoT with at least 10 years of relevant experience. + Demonstrate expertise in software development including design coding testing and deployment. + Have a good understanding of Supply Chain Management which is a plus. + Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. + Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. + Display strong communication and interpersonal skills. **Certifications Required** AWS Certified Solutions Architect Oracle Certified Professional Java SE Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
