**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 9 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Snaplogic Elastic Platform and a background in Asset and Wealth Management. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of technology architecture and the ability to design and implement robust solutions. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving our technology strategy and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. **Responsibilities** + Design and implement technology solutions using Snaplogic Elastic Platform to meet business requirements. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine architecture standards and best practices. + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. + Oversee the integration of various systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and functionality. + Conduct regular reviews of existing systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization. + Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture designs and implementation plans. + Ensure that all technology solutions align with the companys overall strategy and goals. + Evaluate new technologies and tools to determine their potential impact on the organization. + Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. + Lead the development of proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the feasibility of new solutions. + Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues to ensure optimal operation. + Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve the technology landscape. + Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the technology team. **Qualifications** + Possess a minimum of 9 years of experience in technology architecture and implementation. + Demonstrate expertise in Snaplogic Elastic Platform and its various components. + Have a strong background in Asset and Wealth Management with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges. + Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically. + Show proficiency in system integration and data flow management. + Display strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
