Must have capabilities:

Should be open to support full US Central or West coast hours which translates to supporting US projects till 4 to 530 AM India time. PMO/EPMO design/set up and delivery, program road-mapping design, resource/capacity management, program execution  PMO maturity assessment, PMO Setup & Operations  Project manager experience managing different types of transformation projects – digital, business process, Operational, IT etc. End-to End Portfolio Management implementation – intake and demand management, portfolio prioritization, portfolio selection, financial management  End-to End ERP implementation Leverage data and a variety of tools to present complex messages to a range of audiences  Lead client discussions and status reporting on key milestones and deliverables to ensure project stays on track according to plan, highlighting and addressing relevant risks and issues Strong communication and presentation skills and be able to express yourself effectively, by breaking down complex structures into digestible and relevant points for a diverse set of clients Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Knowledge of Project Management tool such as MS Project/Clarity PPM/ Primavera/Smartsheet/Jira and Confluence.
