Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
To optimize sell-out and profitability within Franchise stores across Europe. Supporting shaping commercial product strategies to align with customer (Franchisee) and consumer needs with specific country requirements. The role will conduct in-depth channel performance analyses, recommending strategic action plans to achieve KPI’s with focus on sell in and sell through. Working within the DTC Factory Outlet Europe team it will include close collaboration with the EU Franchise and activation teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Works within DTC Factory Outlets AP&B (Assortment Planning and Buying) team to provide a range to meet EU FO Franchising business priorities, whilst respecting the framework set by the DTC Retail, FO, and Franchise Management. Collaborates cross-functionally at Market (EU) and Zone (SEE), as well as Franchise sales and operations teams to identify and address the local needs of categories, products on zone/country/marketplace/store level. Works closely with DTC Factory Outlet Planning and Full Price Franchise team, to forecast seasonal OTB and integrate NS phasing in collaboration with Finance and the Franchise Partner. Prepares and actions DTC Factory Outlets Franchise pre-sell-in and sell-in meetings with Franchise partners to set seasonal priorities and expectations, as well as sell-in process on a zone level, if such. Prepares buy, monitors inbound and collaborates closely with Franchise Trading to meet required DC availability timelines for Franchise Partner demand call off. Regularly tracks sell-out and sell-in data on category/partner/store level (inc. weeks cover) and proposes merchandising actions where relevant to enhance in-season sell-out opportunities and healthy stock levels in the stores. Collaborates with Franchise partners' Merchandising stakeholders to implement proposed future range amendments in the Franchise fleet, via GFO buys. Develops and implements Merchandising best practices to ensure delivery of specific Ranging or Trading activities based on the actual DTC portfolio needs. Forecast and initiate transfers between Franchise and own fleet FO’s as required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience in Ranging and Merchandising, with consumer-focused mindset Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and Franchise partners Cross functional marketing/retail knowledge and market experience in sport and/or fashion/lifestyle categories Pro-active (engaging & impact-oriented) mindset, ability to think end-to-end Action driven and business/results oriented in a fast-paced environment Ability to travel - domestic and international
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree in business, ideally with a marketing and sales focus, or equivalent professional experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising, preferably within a franchise or retail environment; cross-functional marketing, and/or sales experience Fluency in English, both written and spoken Advanced skills in MS Office; experience with SAP or BI tools is advantageous Top of Form
