Manager-Facility (Beijing RHQ)

JOB PURPOSE 

This role is overall in charge of AZC RHQ facilities mgt and services, responsible for China RHQ Facilities performance compliance with local regulations and global SHE standard, RHQ development and performance mgt.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

1. Facilities mgt and services

RHQ stationary services managementRHQ planting services managementRHQ cleaning services managementRHQ beverage service managementRHQ meeting and event support managementVisiting and business reception service managementRHQ key and locks managementRHQ facilities repair and maintenance managementBusiness card, letter, envelop printing service managementRHQ security service managementGYM service managementCourier service management  RHQ communicate and coordinate with landlords and properties.RHQ space usage management.Supported with northern regional manager work to achieve management level.

SHE complianceSHE reportingSHE training

3. Facilities cost/Assets budgeting and cost control

Facilities assets and expenses budgetFacilities cost saving strategy /national vendor consolidation

4. RHQ operations and communication

RHQ expansion/relocation management.RHQ lease contract management.RHQ property contact management.RHQ furniture/equipment purchase. and delivery management.Review all the related contracts.RHQ office business license renewal/application.RHQ on-site operationsRHQ effective communication

5. People / Vender management

Vender Performance managementPeople development

COMPETENCIES

Good interpersonal and communication skills;Customer focused;Good project & team management skillGood executive and problem-solving skillsGood working experiences in Facilities mgt and at least 3 years in managerial position is preferred.
