This role requires strong system knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and a high level of attention to data accuracy, as data quality underpins all product flow, inventory decisions, and performance reporting. The ability to work with complex datasets, extract insights, and provide clear, accurate reporting to stakeholders is essential.

This role works closely with inline merchandising, buying, planning, and supply chain teams to ensure product transitions are well-managed and excess inventory is effectively cleared through the e-commerce outlet channel.

Provide accurate product and inventory data to support promotional planning and campaign execution. Act as the key link between ecom outlet, inline, buying, planning, and supply chain teams, ensuring clear communication and aligned priorities. Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and reporting to better support fast decision-making and ensure full visibility of product lifecycle stages. Support the seasonal planning process, ensuring that excess inventory management is integrated into overall inventory and commercial planning.
