Job Title: Manager, User Experience and Engagement
Location: Remote, USA or Nashville, TN
ROLE PURPOSE
The Marketing Analytics team at Asurion helps the company make informed decisions and develop analytics solutions to enable that. This person in this role will be key to engaging and enabling dozens of Sales employees to be more successful by using Marketing Analytics reporting and tools, primarily delivered through Business Intelligence platform and analytics portals.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and business acumen, familiarity and a passion for building data products, and excellent training/communication skills. The candidate must be customer-centric and be able to balance the demands of a rapidly growing, complex entrepreneurial environment where ingenuity, rather than precedence, drives how things should be done.

User Requirements and Report Design
Requirements gathering, vetting, and prioritization (as a contributor and/or owner)Translate priority requests into work request for the development teamOwn and contribute to design sessions with users and team membersPerform user acceptance testingUser Engagement
Drive product adoption, usage, and engagement with internal and external teamsEngage account advocates to assist in driving analytics platform successEngage users through a variety of methods to collect, analyze, and prioritize feature roadmap and release schedulesPartner with other Marketing Analytics members to showcase products to internal account meetingsDesign, capture, and evaluate platform metrics to understand usage/issues to suggest improvementsPROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES:

3+ years’ experience with data analysis as part or all of your position: could be as an analyst, modeling, consulting, planning/forecasting, sales/marketing/product operations and/or analytics, or any combination of these roles3+ years’ experience using data to inform business decision making and/or to drive resultsExperience in product development (e.g., empathy interviews, requirements/backlog management, agile sprint planning, road map planning)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working with Asurion products with the intent to drive growth through a combination of data and value messaging.Experience working directly or indirectly with carrier teams with a clear understanding of leader / seller motivations and workflows.Experience managing internal and external relationships and expectationsTravel: 5-10%
