Manager, Talent Experience

We are seeking a thoughtful, strategic, and service-driven Manager, Talent Experience to own and elevate the end-to-end journey of our executive candidates, senior leaders, and high-profile stakeholders. This role combines program management, relationship leadership, and operational execution to deliver high-touch, brand-defining experiences that set Asurion apart.

As the leader of our executive experience function, you will collaborate closely with senior recruiters, talent leadership, executive assistants, and C-suite stakeholders to shape and manage our most high-stakes engagements, from executive interviews to board visits and leadership summits. This role also oversees critical vendor relationships and internal protocols, ensuring excellence, consistency, and innovation in every high-touch interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Talent Experience Leadership

Serve as the owner and architect of the executive candidate experience, managing all logistics, communications, and hospitality for VP, SVP, C-suite, and board-level candidates.Act as a strategic partner to executive recruiters and hiring managers, using sound judgment and discretion to tailor approaches based on each candidate’s profile.Establish best practices, playbooks, and scalable processes for candidate engagement, while continuously enhancing personalization and quality.Oversee all gifting, travel, itineraries, and internal briefings; maintain a confidential, emotionally intelligent approach throughout.

Executive Concierge Program Management

Lead the development and delivery of concierge services for internal VP+ executives, visiting leadership, and board members.Manage logistics and coordination for high-level meetings, including leadership offsites, board meetings, and executive summits.Maintain and manage relationships with external vendors, hotels, transportation providers, and event services, negotiating contracts and ensuring service-level quality.Identify and implement improvements across executive support touchpoints, championing a culture of excellence and white-glove service.

Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional Influence

Represent the Talent team in high-visibility settings and liaise with EAs, HRBPs, search firms, and business leaders with executive presence and discretion.Proactively communicate timelines, updates, and needs across multiple stakeholders; escalate issues or gaps with a problem-solving mindset.Maintain and report on key metrics and trends related to executive candidate engagement, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Team & Process Ownership

May lead or mentor support staff, contingent workers, or junior coordinators as the function scales.Own documentation, SOPs, and tools that support operational continuity and elevate the bar for experience delivery.Exercise independent judgment in day-to-day decisions, maintaining compliance with company policies, privacy standards, and ethical guidelines.

What You Bring:

5–7 years of experience in executive coordination, recruiting operations, hospitality management, or strategic event planning.Demonstrated experience operating in a high-autonomy, high-accountability environment with executive-level exposure.Exceptional communication skills, with ability to lead with discretion and cultural awareness.Proven ability to manage complex logistics while thinking strategically and anticipating needs.Strong project management skills and the ability to lead with both rigor and warmth.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and travel/hospitality tools; familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.Experience in retained executive search, luxury service, or high-end corporate event management preferred
