Role Overview
The Corporate Technology Solutions (CTS) team at Mastercard powers the technology that enables us to attract and onboard new customers, drive dynamic reporting and financial performance, and ensure robust security and risk management across various functions. These functions include Finance, Franchise, Integrated Marketing & Communications, Global Risk & Compliance, Government Affairs & Policy, and the Law Department.
We are seeking a Program Manager who will play a critical role in supporting strategic initiatives, modernization/transformation efforts, day-to-day operations, and program execution for our leadership team. This individual will act as a key advisor, ensuring smooth execution of high-priority projects while managing key stakeholders and fostering alignment across multiple teams. This role will have a strong focus on operational excellence, stakeholder management, strategic projects, and providing support similar to a Chief of Staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support strategic initiatives and driving modernization or transformation efforts.
• Ensure smooth execution of high-priority projects, managing key stakeholders and fostering alignment across multiple teams.
• Provide hands-on support in the day-to-day operations of the leadership team, including driving meeting agendas, maintaining operational cadence, and managing project timelines.
• Support the coordination of leadership and engagement initiatives (e.g., leadership agendas, templates, follow ups, All Hands meetings, leadership offsites, etc.).
• Own the delivery, management, and execution of internal and external updates; facilitate transparent and effective communication across the organization.
About You:
• Experience in executive/leadership strategy and business reporting, translating strategies to execution plans.
• Track record of successfully leading and executing strategic initiatives and projects.
• Intellectually curious with an entrepreneurial attitude and a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to influence with authority and proactively address issues that may arise.
• Flexible and creative, able to adapt and thrive in a constantly changing environment.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences and tailor messaging to different audiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to build relationships and interact effectively with individuals at all levels.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
