Reports To: Lead of Campaign COE, Digital Marketing Excellence

Job Summary:

As the Manager of Campaign COE, you will do centralized management and governance activities, from campaign planning, execution optimization to campaign effectiveness analysis, for our company China omnichannel campaigns with BU strategic brand teams. You will develop and communicate the best practices, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, while generating campaign effectiveness insights to achieve business objectives in China’s dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Strategy & Plan: Enforce company campaign plan framework and provide necessary coaching to BU brand teams during campaign planning and design. To ensure the campaign plan w/ measurable goals and can reflect brand strategy;

- COE Operation: Develop standardized frameworks, templates, and metrics to streamline campaign planning, execution and measurement across teams;

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with BEBP, BU brand team, BU sales teams, IT, and external agencies to ensure cohesive and compliant campaign delivery;

- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze campaign performance to derive actionable insights (customer, channel, content) and refine strategies;

- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to maintain competitive edge of omnichannel excellence;

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred;

- Experience: 5+ years in marketing or digital marketing, proven track record in leading cross-functional campaigns;

- Data Analysis: Capable to process and do data analysis with campaign data, for insightful findings;

- Language: Fluency in English and Mandarin;

- Great communication skills and cultural leadership, Resilience and growth mindset
