Make It With Pride.** As Maintenance Planner, you are responsible in the establishing, maintaining and improving the planning and scheduling process, that will ensure safe and effective execution of all maintenance activities and will yield maximum availability and reliability of all company assets at the most optimum cost. **How you will contribute** You will: + Ensure that Maintenance Programs are designed within the acceptable risk that would yield the desired Asset’s Availability and Reliability that in turn produce the targeted volume requirements. + Ensure that the Planned Maintenance Activities will be executed on time by guaranteeing availability of resources + Ensure that Maintenance Request are expedited and will be performed based on the committed completion date + Coordinate Maintenance Schedule to all concerned departments/areas and seek concurrence to ensure that the Maintenance Execution will be aligned with the Volume Requirements + Prepare maintenance performance reports for consumption during performance review and improvement meetings of other departments + Lead Maintenance Performance Analysis and Improvement Meetings + Partner and support Technical Leads for improvement initiatives that target zero lost sales + Ensure that Maintenance Programs are developed with alignment to the Maintenance Budget. + Ensure Adequate Utilization of Manpower targeting 100% compliance to accomplishment of Planned and Requested Maintenance. + Ensure that DMS 1, DMS 2, DMS 3 and DMS 4 are fully utilized and attended daily + Makes sure that maintenance activities are adequate. optimized, effective and executed safely in accordance to defined PM plan + Be responsible in creating, updating, improving and executing the Preventive maintenance plans + Support the Maintenance Lead in driving the maintenance strategy leading to a progressive PM Pillar + Make sure that the maintenance activities are adequate, optimized, effective and executed safely in accordance to the defined PM plans + Ensure quality of execution that will result to maximum availability and reliability of equipment/instruments/assets at optimum cost while complying to legal/MDLZ regulations and established policies and standards + Support failure analyses like RCA, BDA, 6W+2H and IL6S programs and processes + Recommend long term improvement initiatives, modifications and CAPEX projects to achieve higher equipment reliability and better operations performance in the areas of safety, quality, GE, and M&R cost. **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: + Bachelor’s Degree in any related Engineering with a strong knowledge on Maintenance Management System + Basic Understanding of Material Management + High experience in SAP-PM like Work Order Management, Budget, Expenses and Reporting + Safety, Quality and IL6S/TPM knowledge or equivalent + Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge aptitude **More about this role** **What you need to know about this position:** **What extra ingredients you will bring:** **Education / Certifications:** **Job specific requirements:** **Travel requirements:** **Work schedule:** No Relocation support available **Business Unit Summary** **Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia is in five countries serving 19 markets with more than 18 nationalities and 7,500 employees.
