Our client, a leading food production facility, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the operations team supporting the maintenance of essential machinery. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to maintenance, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Anacortes, WA

Pay Range: $22.63 to $40.32

What's the Job?

Observe mechanical devices in operation and troubleshoot issues. Dismantle devices to access and remove defective parts. Inspect and repair or replace defective parts as needed. Lubricate and clean machinery to ensure optimal performance. Set up and operate various metalworking tools to make and repair parts.

What's Needed?

A minimum of 1 year of experience in Production Maintenance. High School Diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools effectively. Strong ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance documents.
