Our client in Lancaster is seeking a Shear Brake Machine Operator to join their team! 

 Job Title: Shear Brake Machine Operator

Location: Lancaster, PA

Pay: $20.47/hr + 0.75 shift differential

Schedule: 1st shift M-Th- 6am-4:30pm & 2nd shift M-TH 430p- 3am

Job description and requirements:
 

Manufacturing Quality Products: Operate and set up various machines such as Crimpers, Straighteners, Presses, Press Brakes, Shears, Welders, Roll Mills, and Hot Melt Machines. Material Handling: Perform tasks related to material handling. Safety and Cleanliness: Identify safety hazards, attend safety training, and maintain a clean and organized workplace using the "6S" system (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain, & safety). Quality Control: Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality. Team Collaboration: Assist main operators and work collaboratively with other team members.
