The Legal Back Office Junior Administrator works as part of the legal operations team, carrying out regular tasks associated with legal processes and tools. Under the close supervision of senior team members, they deliver outputs in a timely and organized manner. The Legal Operations Associate assists in the implementation of new tools for the Legal department, ensuring their proper usage, appropriate data collection, reporting, and the implementation of improvements. They focus on configurations and administrative activities, as well
as the maintenance and upgrades of tools supporting legal processes.
Job Description
• Perform hands-on configuration, administration, maintenance, and upgrades of tools supporting legal processes (e.g., Conga CLM).
• Support activities and teams to deliver flexible and scalable solutions.
• Assist in developing detailed documentation for tool usage.
• Provide technical and end-user troubleshooting, bug fixes, and enhancements.
• Handle essential administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports, and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks.
• Participate in collaboration with process stakeholders and work on business process analysis.
• Assist in transferring user requirements into technical language and platform functionalities.
• Assist in the education and training of new users.
• Work closely with legal members worldwide and other teams participating in legal processes or IT teams maintaining and integrating tools used within IT system.
• Assist in projects, initiatives, and working groups, proposing actions and measures in line with company objectives.
