He/She performs general office duties that may include word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned. This position may deal with confidential material on a regular basis. The position requires an individual who is detail oriented and able to effectively manage multiple priorities. The individual will perform advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative duties, requiring a high degree of analytical skill, with limited or no supervision. The position has extensive contacts with various levels of management and requires a high level of professionalism. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Responsibilities include but are not limited to opening, updating, and closing time sensitive matters into legal matter and invoice management systems - Passport and Coupa; running reports; inputting invoices; editing, updating, and processing documents; managing communications, calendaring, and scheduling updates in Microsoft Teams; processing requests for information from other UPS departments and outside counsel; and assisting with special projects assigned by members of the Legal Department.
