Your Role

In your daily job you will:

Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, including regular and variable payments (e.g., overtime, bonuses, allowances)Administer employee benefits programs in accordance with statutory regulations and internal policiesMaintain accurate payroll and HR records, including employee data, salary changes, and time & attendance informationHandle payroll-related tasks for onboarding, offboarding, and final settlementsSupport the annual salary review process and generate reports for internal stakeholders and external auditsAddress and resolve employee inquiries related to salary, taxes, insurance, and other payroll mattersPrepare and submit reports for social insurance, income tax, and other regulatory filingsEnsure compliance with local labor laws and organizational guidelinesLiaise with external vendors (e.g., payroll service providers, tax authorities) as needed

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field5+ years of experience in payroll administration or HR operationsStrong understanding of labor laws, taxation, and social insurance regulationsHigh attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentialityProficient in payroll systems and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP or HRIS is a plusExcellent organizational and communication skills
