Main Responsibilities:

To execute AVA (Availability, Visbility, Activation) principles in all Modern Trade doors

To ensure all negotiated agreements and promotions are executed in store

To lead the field merchandising team to ensure alignment of plans and execution of strategies in store

To plan and execute growth initiatives based on store insights

To coordinate with Modern Trade Key Customer Managers and Trade Marketing teams to propose strategies to improve store operations

Skills Needed:

Must have 2-3 years experience in account management in retail/ food service industry

Must be agile, self-motivated with an unrelenting growth mindset

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must be willing to travel (National)

Knows how to drive
